The Foreigners Registration Office (FRO) is the primary agency responsible for regulating the registration, movement, stay, and departure of foreign nationals, as well as for recommending the extension of their stay in India. परदेशी नागरिक नोंदणी कार्यालय (FRO) हे भारतातील परदेशी नागरिकांच्या नोंदणी, हालचाली, वास्तव्य आणि प्रस्थानाचे नियमन करणारे तसेच त्यांच्या वास्तव्यवाढीसाठी शिफारस करणारे प्रमुख कार्यालय आहे.

FRO Solapur Office deals with registration, extensions, return visas, and processing of exit permissions for foreign nationals residing within the Solapur jurisdiction. FRO सोलापूर कार्यालय सोलापूर हद्दीतील परदेशी नागरिकांच्या नोंदणी, वास्तव्यवाढ, पुनर्वास व्हिसा आणि निर्गमन परवान्यांच्या प्रक्रियेची जबाबदारी पार पाडते.

‘C’ Form for Foreign Nationals Staying on Rent / Lease / Paying Guest: भाडे/लीज/पेईंग गेस्ट म्हणून राहणाऱ्या परदेशी नागरिकांसाठी ‘C’ फॉर्म:

The Foreigners (Report to Police) Order, 1971, made by the Central Government under Section 3 of the Foreigners Act, 1946, requires every householder or any person in charge of premises to report the arrival or presence of any foreign national in their premises to the FRO Solapur Office. केंद्र सरकारने परदेशी नागरिक कायदा, 1946 च्या कलम 3 अंतर्गत तयार केलेल्या परदेशी नागरिक (पोलीसांना अहवाल) आदेश, 1971 नुसार, प्रत्येक गृहस्वामी किंवा मालमत्ता धारकाने आपल्या परिसरात आलेल्या किंवा राहणाऱ्या कोणत्याही परदेशी नागरिकाची माहिती FRO सोलापूर कार्यालयास द्यावी.

Failure to comply with this order is punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). या आदेशाचे पालन न केल्यास भारतीय दंड संहिता (IPC) च्या कलम 188 अंतर्गत दंडनीय आहे.

The keeper of a hotel, boarding house, club, rest house, or any similar premises must transmit a copy of the duly completed Form C to the FRO Solapur Office within 24 hours of the arrival of any foreign national. हॉटेल, बोर्डिंग हाऊस, क्लब, विश्रांतीगृह किंवा तत्सम ठिकाणाचा मालकाने कोणत्याही परदेशी नागरिकाच्या आगमनानंतर 24 तासांच्या आत पूर्ण भरलेला फॉर्म C चा एक प्रत FRO सोलापूर कार्यालयास पाठवावी.

The term “Hotel” includes any boarding house, club, dak-bungalow, rest house, paying guest facility, hostel, or other similar accommodation. “हॉटेल” या शब्दामध्ये बोर्डिंग हाऊस, क्लब, डाक बंगला, विश्रांतीगृह, पेईंग गेस्ट सुविधा, वसतिगृह किंवा तत्सम निवासस्थानांचा समावेश होतो.
